Salary: £45,000 - £55,000

About the Role

On a day-to-day basis the Group Quality Officer will support safegaurding leads to make sound decisions around incidents and allegations. You’ll also help them to work in partnership with inspectorates and local authorities.

Reporting to the Director of Quality and Compliance you will ensure that NFA Group’s services (education, residential and fostering) consistently exceed the requirements set out in legislation, national minimum standards and statutory guidance in relation to safeguarding children and young people


Who we are looking for

If you’ve worked in front line child protection, as a LADO, or even as an inspector we’d like to hear from you. You’ll be in your comfort zone liaising with a variety of stakeholders, we want someone who is able to communicate and effectively provide advice at all levels.

The successful candidate will have recent experience as a regulatory inspector of children’s services and leadership experience gained in a local authority, independent fostering agency or children’s homes. You will be a qualified Social Worker, Dip SW or CQSW  and hold a current registration with the HCPC (England) or CCW (posts in Wales) or SSCC (posts in Scotland).


The role is based in Bolton with UK wide travel.
